A faucet that drips 10 times a minute costs you real money over a month. Repair cartridges are a Band-Aid — a replacement is the clean solution. Modern faucets are efficient, look fresh, and come in finishes that upgrade the whole room.
What we do
- Shut off the water supply under the sink
- Disconnect the supply lines from the old faucet
- Remove the old faucet from the sink deck or countertop
- Install the new faucet, square to the deck
- Connect hot and cold supply lines, hand-tight plus a quarter turn
- Restore water supply and test for leaks
- Caulk the base where it meets the counter
Reasons to replace your faucet
- Constant drip from a worn cartridge (repair is temporary)
- Flow rate weak or uneven (hard water buildup or cartridge failure)
- Handle stuck or loose, aerator clogged or corroded
- Cosmetic: finish worn, dated style, or mismatched to remodel
- Leaking from the base onto the cabinet below
A new faucet runs $50–150 for a solid unit and takes an afternoon to install. Low cost, high payoff in daily use and utility savings.
